Anyway, Khloe was pretty active on social media throughout the Christmas holiday. But someone was missing from all of her photos and partying: her boyfriend James Harden. The last we heard, James and Khloe were still together after briefly hitting pause so that Khloe could deal with Lamar Odom’s drama. But word around the tabloids is that Harden dumped Khloe… on Christmas Day! HARSH.
Khloe Kardashian has not been seen with beau James Harden since November 8. On Monday US OK! magazine claimed the 31-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was dumped by the 26-year-old basketball player over the holidays due to too much drama.
That same day the E! star listed several self-help books on her website khloewithak.com, even one from Joel Osteen. OK! reported that the beauty was broken up with on Christmas Day.
‘It was too much for him,’ a source said. ‘The media scrutiny, her family’s meddling and her mood swings drove him over the edge. He told her they can still hook up, but anything serious is off the table.’
The source claimed the sister of Kim and Kourtney has been ‘hit hard’ by this and didn’t need another heartbreak. The family ‘liked James but worried she was too invested in him at a fragile time.’ And though they hope Khloe will ‘write it off as a good time,’ Khloe was to get back together, it was stated.
Considering the original source was OK! Magazine, I’m side-eyeing the whole thing. But… it has been a while since Harden and Khloe were seen together. If they’re not together for New Year’s Eve, then I’ll believe it. I also wonder if Harden’s new-found celebrity as a tabloid staple was starting to get to him – Harden has been having a bad season with the Houston Rockets, and some have said that his relationship with Khloe is to blame. Khloe loudly and obscenely disagreed, but it’s worth noting that Harden’s game has improved a lot since he allegedly broke it off with Khloe.
